Update-Informationen
Das Release 4.4 hat den Fokus auf der Aktualisierung und der Optimierung der Schnittstellen „SEPA-XML“ und „Datev XML-Rechnung“. Kunden, die von dieser Umstellungen betroffen sind, haben wir vorab individuell kontaktiert.
Allgemeines
Schnittstellen
- SEPA XML wurde auf die aktuelle Version 3.1 aktualisiert.
- Datev XML Online wurde von Version 3.0 auf 5.0 aktualisiert.
- SEPA: Es gibt nun die Option, inländische Lastschrifteinzüge ohne BIC zu exportieren
- SEPA: Die Exportdateien lassen sich nun über eine Option nach Ländern gruppieren. Für jedes Land wird dann eine separate SEPA-XML-Datei erstellt.
- SEPA: Es gibt jetzt die Option parallel zur SEPA-XML-Datei eine .csv Datei herunterzuladen.
- SEPA/Datev: Wenn ein Feld nicht der erlaubten Länge der Spezifikation entspricht, wird automatisch der Wert abgeschnitten – die Exportdatei ist dann konform
- SEPA: Prüfung der BIC und IBAN ist ab sofort via Webservice möglich. Das Fehlerprotokoll kann anschließen heruntergeladen werden.
Fehlerbehebung
- E-Mail-Vorlagen hochladen: Zuvor musste man explizit eine Vorlage löschen, um eine neue Vorlage hochzuladen. Nun ist auch überschreiben möglich, dafür wurde ein neuer Button eingeführt.
- Listenansicht: Filter auf Personen (welche i-taros-Nutzer sind) funktionierten in einigen Fällen nicht korrekt.
Verbesserungen
- Intern: Beim Kopieren von Mandanten auf Stagingsysteme mussten alle Übersetzungen (Felderbezeichnungen usw.) von Hand eingespielt werden. Diese Daten werden nun automatisch mitkopiert.
- Listenansicht: Klickt man auf den alphabetischen Index, wird ab sofort visualisiert, auf welche Spalte sich dieser bezieht.
- Listenansicht: Der benutzerdefinierte Filter („Lupe“) hatte keinen Tooltip.
